Please join me and Jennifer Catalano, a Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowl practitioner and healer, for a practice to embrace our current seasonal shift in mind and body, and create a sacred space for healing. We will begin with a gentle flow, rooted in breath and alignment based postures, followed by restorative poses, where Jennifer will infuse her sacred sound healing to encourage relaxation and surrender.
